As my health and ability to move about decreased, I stopped attending church and started feeling sorry for myself. I would watch TV church on Sundays and had convinced myself that I was doing fine. One Sunday I found Brother Wayne Webb from Macon Road Baptist on channel 31. As I listened, the sincerity and strength of Brother Wayne Preaching was just what God had ordered, after listening a couple more weeks, my wife and I decided to visit. We had been looking for a Bible believing church with strong leadership, good teaching and loving people. We found all four at Macon Road Baptist. Brother Wayne, his teaching and the people have been a blessing to me and my wife. Brother Wayne's teaching on the power of prayer recently has inspired us to new heights in "crying out to the Lord "for our needs and the results have been miraculous.     My wife and I with our new little baby moved into the area, away from our family and friends.   We were looking for a loving, Bible preaching church that would minister to us. It was also important for us to find a church that would love our little baby.   We are so thankful that God lead us to Macon Road Baptist Church.  We have been challenged by good Bible preaching that encourages us to live more for God everyday.   We know we are loved by the entire church because people remembered our names and looked for us to come again.
